DEVELOPMENT OF THREE VARIETIES OF HOSE ON FOUR IN ROOTSTOCKS Ipanguaçu (RN)
Abstract
The experiment was conducted at Agricultural Research Corporation of the State of Rio Grande do Norte (EMPARN), in the municipality of Ipanguaçu (RN) with the aim of evaluating the behavior of cultivars crowns in combination with different rootstocks. The experimental design was a randomized block with factorial 3 x 4, corresponding cultivars and rootstocks Cup, respectively, and three replications. As rootstocks and the Carabao Mango D'Agua cultivars from the Agronomic Institute of Campinas (IAC), and Rosie and Sword cultivars, obtained from the collection of EMPARN were used. The cultivars used as canopies were Tommy Atkins, Keitt and Van Dyke, coming from EMPARN. Semiannually, evaluated the diameters of the rootstock, graft and plant height. 0 cultivate Manga D'Agua promoted smallest growth hoses and TommyAtkins cultivar showed the highest height.
