COEFFICIENT OF DETERMINATION GENOTí ?? PEAK IN ACCESS OF CAMUCAMUZEIRO (Chibia Myciaria (HBK) Mc, Vaugh)
Abstract
The research aims to estimate the coefficient of genotypic determination (hm2) and index "b" for quantitative traits in camucamuzeiros able to germplasm bank of Embrapa Eastern Amazon. Evaluated the Solimões accesses; 1002; 1004; 1005; 1007; 1010; 1011; 1012; 1013; 1014 and 1015 The experimental design was a randomized block with dugs repetitions. The variables evaluated were: plant height (PH), the main diameter of 60 cm of soil (DC), number of stems (NC), leaf length (LL), leaf width (LF) stem and leaf area (AF ). Were effected-analysis of variance, estimated the genetic, phenotypic and environmental variance, the coefficients of genotypic determination of genetic and environmental variation, and index "b" for the characters The results showed that, except for plant height (0,26c hm2 = b = 0.24), the other characters were effective as descriptors for evaluation of genetic variability among the accessions. Estimates of genetic variability, the coefficient of genotypic determination (0.67 to 0.90) and the index "b" (1.01 to 2.18) reached high values, indicating the existence of genetic variability among accessions, and the possibility of making simple phenotypic selection for the traits number of stems, length and leaf width and leaf area.Downloads
