Phytotoxic and fungitoxic activity of extracts Vouacapoua cf American Aublet (Leg.-Caesalp.), Native Amazonian forest species

Abstract

Although the resistance of the microorganisms acapu, 1% solutions (w / v) bark extracts is recognized not exhibit specificity of Fusarium solani f. spp. piperis Albuq., Fusarium oxysporum Shel. and agroforestry Colletotrichum and has been investigated as a potential source of agricultural biodefensivos. Based on this, the objective is to present work to evaluate the phytotoxic and fungitoxic activity of bark extracts obtained by extraction of acapu
selective cold and hot, with solvents in order of increasing polarity. Aliquots of extracts n-hexane and ethyl acetate were subjected to vacuum liquid chromatography on a silica gel column using as eluents organic solvents and their binary mixtures in order of increasing polarity. Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxysporum and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides: Non-specificity of the crude extracts analyzed at a concentration of 1.0% on the species of plant pathogenic fungi tested was observed. However, using these same extracts, there was a reduction of up to 44.68% in the germination of weed malice (Mimosa pudica), with reductions
superior to all extracts cold. Phytotoxicity was observed that the aqueous crude extract was due to the high concentration of Na, promoted by salt stress. Bioassays with crude extract fractions of n-hexane at a concentration of 0.2% and the crude ethyl acetate extract at concentration of 1.0% was noted inhibition of germination of malice to 41.67% and 33.33%, respectively. The results for evaluation of phytotoxicity, it was concluded that the
extracts and fractions are made up of phytotoxin (s) relatively polar (es).
