Solarização do solo associada à aplicação de Trichoderma spp. no controle de Sclerotinia sclerotiorum
Abstract
O efeito da solarização do solo associada à aplicação de Trichoderma spp. foi estudado em parcelas, em campo aberto, para verificar a eficiência na redução da viabilidade de escleródios de Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Escleródios do patógeno foram colocados em bolsas de nylon e enterrados a 5 cm de profundidade, em parcelas solarizadas e não solarizadas, com e sem Trichoderma spp., por períodos de 0, 12, 24, 36 e 48 dias. Ao zero dia (tratamento controle), 100% dos escleródios estavam viáveis. Em parcelas apenas solarizadas, a germinação foi de 60 e 35%, aos 12 e 48 dias, respectivamente. No desdobramento solarização vs. Trichoderma spp., escleródios depositados em parcelas solarizadas com aplicação de Trichoderma spp. tiveram germinação de 38%, enquanto parcelas sem solarização e ausência da aplicação de Trichoderma spp. apresentaram germinação de 79%. A solarização associada à Trichoderma spp. foi eficiente na redução da viabilidade de S. sclerotiorum.
